In order to continue providing the best possible service and scheduling options to my clients, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All clients are required to keep an active credit card on file. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service is charged to the card on file. Any cancelation on the day of your service or no show appointments will be charged for 100% of the service. The cancellation fee is for the time held for your no show, cancelled or rescheduled appointment. My cancellation policy is to protect my integrity and my time. Thank you.
